They did a beautiful job on our walk-in shower with the tile and design as well as the floor and the toilet. The crew acted with professionalism and knowledge. I recommend them highlyand it was overall a great experience.

They did a wonderful job painting the entire interior of my home before I moved in. They kept me informed about their progress with photos. They also helped me out by letting a delivery person into the home for installation of appliances. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job when promised after working me into the schedule.

Very professional and willing to answer all of my questions. Also very accommodating because I had a different project I needed done every time I called them. Thank you Andrew and crew for a wonderful job.

Installed exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a bit of an unusual deck with 2 staircases. But it all came together perfectly.

I had a room addition put on my trailer for my pool table,they did a great job! I highly recommend them for additions,or whatever needs you need in that area,I had them stain the finished outside addition and came out great!

Tri-Cities Remodeling recently remodeled our master bathroom and we could not be happier with the finished product! He paid great attention to detail and kept us up to date daily on his progress. Ben was the project leader and was excellent to communicate with. I would recommend this company 10/10. After a months-long journey with Tri-Cities Remodeling, during which their team of pros completely transformed my kitchen and two bathrooms, I cannot recommend this company enough. From my first meeting at their office through the completion of the project, they showed a professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that can only be described as extraordinary. At every step, they made me feel that getting my remodel right was as important to them as it was to me.

As promised at the first meeting, their men were on site, at work, first thing every morning whenever there was work to be done. There was observable progress each day. I was especially impressed with how clean they kept the site, which was appreciated as I was living there for much of the renovation. Ben, the project manager, always kept the channels of communication open; I always knew what to expect, and questions were answered promptly.

As for the quality of their work, the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier.

A huge shout-out to Jeff M., the project’s foreman. To put it simply, this man knows his way around a kitchen/bathroom remodel. No detail was overlooked as he strove to (and did) bring me the kitchen of my dreams. They did a great job on my screened in deck! Work crews were on time and provided updates daily. All transactions, messages to Will, and daily photos were handled thru Buildertrend App which was a plus for me. I will definitely contact them for future renovations.

This company is very professional to work with. Also, they run their company in a very competent manner. The team that worked on our kitchen remodel was there on time every day and worked all day. They did excellent work and I was most grateful they had competent people doing their jobs. I did not want to have to look for my own electricians or plumbers. They have at least five teams that work on different jobs. I am very fortunate that I found Tri-Cities Remodeling. They did an excellent job and I now have a beautiful kitchen.

We just completed a total kitchen remodel with Tri-Cities Remodeling. We are so fortunate to have found this company. They are the most professional and organized company we have ever worked with. They have several crews and assign the jobs to one crew along with a team leader. These are the only people needed and they did a fantastic job. They arrived promptly and worked all day. I was so glad not to have to worry about finding a separate electrician or plumber. I would totally recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs. Please see before and after pictures.
