This company is very professional to work with. Also, they run their company in a very competent manner. The team that worked on our kitchen remodel was there on time every day and worked all day. They did excellent work and I was most grateful they had competent people doing their jobs. I did not want to have to look for my own electricians or plumbers. They have at least five teams that work on different jobs. I am very fortunate that I found Tri-Cities Remodeling. They did an excellent job and I now have a beautiful kitchen.

Very professional and willing to answer all of my questions. Also very accommodating because I had a different project I needed done every time I called them. Thank you crew for a wonderful job.

They did a wonderful job painting the entire interior of my home before I moved in. They kept me informed about their progress with photos. They also helped me out by letting a delivery person into the home for installation of appliances. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job when promised after working me into the schedule.

Great value and you can’t top the customer service. Period. Work is top notch. Seriously, what more could you ask for?

They did a beautiful job on our walk-in shower with the tile and design as well as the floor and the toilet. The crew acted with professionalism and knowledge. I recommend them highlyand it was overall a great experience.

They did a great job on my screened in deck! Work crews were on time and provided updates daily. All transactions, messages to Will, and daily photos were handled thru Buildertrend App which was a plus for me. I will definitely contact them for future renovations.

He paid great attention to detail and kept us up to date daily on his progress. Ben was the project leader and was excellent to communicate with. I would recommend this company 10/10. We just completed a total kitchen remodel with Tri-Cities Remodeling. We are so fortunate to have found this company. They are the most professional and organized company we have ever worked with. They have several crews and assign the jobs to one crew along with a team leader. These are the only people needed and they did a fantastic job. They arrived promptly and worked all day. I had a room addition put on my trailer for my pool table,they did a great job! I highly recommend them for additions,or whatever needs you need in that area,I had them stain the finished outside addition and came out great!

After a months-long journey with Tri-Cities Remodeling, during which their team of pros completely transformed my kitchen and two bathrooms, I cannot recommend this company enough. From my first meeting at their office through the completion of the project, they showed a professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that can only be described as extraordinary. At every step, they made me feel that getting my remodel right was as important to them as it was to me.

As promised at the first meeting, their men were on site, at work, first thing every morning whenever there was work to be done. There was observable progress each day. I was especially impressed with how clean they kept the site, which was appreciated as I was living there for much of the renovation. Ben, the project manager, always kept the channels of communication open; I always knew what to expect, and questions were answered promptly.

Tri-Cities Remodeling & Construction Company did an outstanding converting our screened-in back patio into a 3-season room. The siding now makes the room look like it was part of the original design of the house, and they did a great job finishing on the inside.

Quality work, easy to work with, fair pricing. Highly recommend! They just upgraded my wood deck with Trex composite and installed rain escape for the lower deck. Professional walk-through for quote, detailed professional quote with options, reasonable deposit for the job. They use their own people. Considerate while working. Quickly addressed issues when they arose. Beautiful as well as functional. 1 year warranty for their work on my deck.

Mike replaced all of the floors in my house with vinyl laminate. He also replaced my toilets and dishwasher. He arrived when he said he would. He was very careful about making sure the flooring was installed correctly and that the area was cleaning up before he left. Because he has experience with home construction besides flooring, he was very good at problem solving when previously installed carpet was difficult to remove and built in cabinets required adjustment. I would recommend Mike without any hesitation.

Professional, quality, and helpful in remodeling kitchen and bath. Sam was extremally helpful in guiding the process with knowledgeable suggestions. Felt he went over and above. Steven is an excellent lead, great skilled work and being efficient. Caleb and John are excellent sheetrock guy and skilled.

Our experience with Tri-Cities Remodeling was positive from start to finish. Consultation was easy, and work started earlier than we initially thought possible. Kevin and Jordan were a pleasure to have in our home – friendly & polite, always on time (early) and they cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. This company did an amazing job with our 4-Season room. The quality of the work and communication throughout the process couldn’t have been better, and the project was finished AHEAD of schedule!

I needed to have part of my deck rebuilt. The section was old and rotting apart, and it had settled which had pulled a rim joist of the house with it due to improper installation. This made it more than a simple deck rebuild. I sought out multiple quotes for this job.

For Tri-Cities Remodeling, Will and Patrick came out to do the estimate and answered all the questions I had. I needed to make changes to fit this project in my budget, and Will worked with me to get something doable. Ultimately, I decided to go with Tri-Cities Remodeling.

Delmar, Dolton, Brandon and Lee were all awesome. Dolton put a lot of effort into making sure the deck was built with excellent craftsmanship and put a lot of consideration as to what would give the best appearance. Delmar was an excellent project manager and very on the ball with everything. The whole crew was great & professional, and I could tell everyone cared about the quality of work that they did. It was easy to get in touch when I had questions, and communication was clear and honest.

In my experience, it isn’t easy to find people who will do quality work on your home in this region – especially for a fair price. Tri-Cities Remodeling was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest quote I received, but they had the most thorough quote and were able to clearly answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process from start to finish. I am glad I went with them for this project.

I seriously could not be happier with the bathroom Tri Cities Remodeling did for us. I honestly get excited every time I walk into it now. The tile work is absolutely beautiful and everything came together so perfectly. It truly feels like something out of a magazine. You can tell they really care about the little details because everything was finished so neatly and thoughtfully.

I was a little nervous going into a remodel, but they made the whole process so easy and the final result completely exceeded my expectations. The price was very fair for the quality of work we received. I am beyond grateful for how amazing our bathroom turned out and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
